Jemma Doley is a Sydney-based Clinical Psychologist, Coach and Facilitator with interests in health coaching, mental toughness and workplace wellbeing. Within her clinic, Jemma works with a variety of presentations including obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), emetophobia, social anxiety disorder, ADHD and mood disorders, using CBT, DBT and EMDR based modalities. Jemma also conducts comprehensive ADHD and ASD assessments with both children and adults. Jemma attained full registration as a registered psychologist in 2012. Jemma has a passion for positive psychology and coaching, and has completed a Masters Degree in Coaching Psychology at the University of Sydney. In addition, Jemma has completed a Masters of Clinical Psychology through Charles Sturt University between 2020 and 2022.
Jem is the author of popular psychology and lifestyle blog, Pop Therapy and is passionate about writing about positive psychology and wellbeing.
Jemma has now created her own You Tube Channel, Pop Therapy which is all about her passions for positive psychology, health and wellbeing.
